Toronto Real Estate Market Update | November 2014
Real estate in Toronto and the GTA remains hot! With a 7.7% increase in homes sold compared to last october, this fall has proven itself to be one of the busiest in Toronto history.
Although new listings were also up by 3.5% over last years numbers, supply was very tight with a high demand pushing prices up 9% year over year.
There have been multiple offers on virtually everything this fall, including all detached singles, semis, townhomes and even in some condos.
Demand is expected to remain throughout 2014 and into 2015 as homebuyers are still very actively looking for homes in the GTA.
