Ilan’s story…
Ilan was raised in the city of Toronto where he attended public and private schools. From the age of 5, Ilan developed an affection for classical music as he continued 11 years of piano studies, completing level 7 at the world renowned Royal Conservatory of Music. In his teen years, Ilan spent many of his evenings giving piano lessons out of his family home, teaching music theory to anyone who wished to learn. He spent countless hours on his piano and was regularly invited to perform on television, at community events and charity fundraisers.
After completing high school in Thornhill–Vaughan, Ilan continued his studies at Ohr Somayach University, a Hebrew University affiliate in Jerusalem and onto further studies at York University in Toronto, developing a strong passion for business and investments. Ilan spent many hours learning the ins and outs of real estate and the fine details of the local market from members of his own family whom themselves are established Realtors. In fact, Ilan’s mother, Marina Yusufov, is one of Toronto and Vaughan’s top producing sales representatives with some of the highest achievement awards and accolades presented to realtors under her belt. As a member of this highly successful team, Ilan has been able to help facilitate well over 1300 transactions to date, giving him the insight that many after a lifetime in the industry will never attain. It’s this deep rooted expertise and vast market knowledge that gives Ilan an edge over his peers, and in turn, more satisfied clients.
